His first expedition in Cusco City will begin at 13:30. The City Tour will take around the archaeological centers as Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay; also the Qoricancha temple and The main cathedral of Cusco.The Tour ends approximately at 19:00.
Later on of the first day of tour around the archaeological remains of Cusco city. We will begin the day with the breakfast at the accommodation. Approximately at 08:30 hrs. the bus will pick you up for begin with our next route to the South Valley of Cusco, approximately 45 minutes of journey.
The initial point of this tour will be in the great agriculture space of Tipon, from here we will observe the 12 terraces and its impressive irrigation system from the Inca times, actually this archaeological complex is used for agriculture and animal husbandry.
After you visited Tipon, approximately by an hour, we will board again on the bus for our next destiny, the pre-inca city of Pikillacta. One of the three cities more importants of the Wari culture. Here, we will observe the excellent urban distribution that existing before inca times.
Continuing with our expedition we will visit the colonial churches of Andahuaylillas and Huaro, that count with paintings of XVII and XVIII centuries. Then we will begin our return to Cusco city at the afternoon to finish the tour.
OPTIONAL: With prior booking we can make one culinary visit on Saylla or Tipon towns for taste traditional dishes as the Guinea Pig roasted and Pork roast too.
After the breakfast, we will pick you up approximately at 08:30 hrs to go to the Maras town (1 hour approx.). Into this picturesque town we will visit the colonial and republican lintels; also you can enjoy with the view and beauty of the Vilcanota mountain range and its mountains more dazzles as: “The Chicon” and “The Veronica”.
Immediately after meeting the attractive streets of Maras, we will pass to Inca complex of Moray, it is located at 7 KM of our start point. Inside of Moray, we will find a huge complex of terraces that overlapping concentrically in a giant hole. Those it served during Inca times as agricultural laboratorios or some kind of greenhouse.
Finally we will visit the salt mines or Salineras located to northwest of Maras town and it formed by 2000 small wells with an average área of 5 meters, exploited since Inca time and Colonial times. Then our visit, we will return to Cusco city around 18:00 hrs, for rest of the tour.
On this day, you will begin your activities with a good breakfast in your hotel for start with the second tour to Sacred Valley of the Incas approximately at 08:30 hours. We will pick you up from accomodation To our first point that is Pisac, where we will descend to know its handicraft market and its imposing ruins that are located in the top of the mountain of this town. After of the route of almost two hours, we will transfer you to Urubamba town, where you have reserved a generous buffet lunch.
Finishing our buffet lunch, we will restore your route to the last inca vestiges: Ollantaytambo, Place stagnant on time with its typical streets and marvelous archaeological remains, then, finishing the tour in the train station at the afternoon we will continue with the journey to Aguas Calientes. We will reach at night and immediately you will installed in your accommodation for rest of this second tour through the wonderful Sacred Valley of the Incas.
We will wake up very early for take the breakfast in the accommodation and then we will lead you to immediately to Bus that we will carry to Machu Picchu citadel for see the sunrise into the complex at 05:30 hrs.
Consummated the sunrise, we will begin our tour for whole archaeological complex of Machu Picchu (approximately 2 hours and a half), we will visit the circular towers, The Intihuatana, The Royalty rooms, The three Windows room and at last the citadel graveyard. Then we will take the bus of return to Aguas Calientes, where you have reserved the buffet lunch.
At the afternoon, we will return to Ollantaytambo, where our personal are waiting for you to transfer to cusco accommodation and rest the last night in our city.
After the last breakfast, We'll ready to continue with your itinerary and we will carry you to airport of bus terminal.
